Why not just change it with another 4 quarts of Honda break-in oil?
CNG is great ,but I dont guess the Hawks will stop till till the last freshwater aquifer is polluted or till we have 600ppm of CO2 in the atmospnere(leave the tar sands and mountain tops alone) I 've seen first hand what construction and altering the landscape does to the various ecosystems(what got into me didnt think I would ever talk like that-Beyond petroleum my foot)we will run out of topsoil and potable water, long before the fossil fuels give out-Kevin
From my dad’s experience with his 2007 Honda CRV it took him a year roughly to hit the mileage for the first oil change, the dealer as well as the manual told him to leave the break in oil in there for at least 5,000 miles or whenever the minder tells him to change the oil. I believe it’s in the manual to take the vehicle in if it’s been a year since the last service.
