I’ll wager there was no compression. I have seen engines with MLS head gaskets towed in this way. A steel gasket won’t breach as easily as a composite gasket, the engine will run until it is warped. That engine was scrap metal before they replaced the head gasket. I wouldn’t offer to replace a head gasket on an engine in this condition.
I wish all of you could testify on my behalf to the Better Business Bureau of Central Oklahoma where I originally filed my complaint! Tears
