Engine Block Heater

"Isnt it just a frost plug heater?"

Fordealer said it attached directly to the engine block.
I should consider a freeze plug heater. Is 88K time to change the coolant?

But I have many incandescent floodlight bulbs which neighbors replaced with CFL floodlamps.
So far, nothing dripping from the '08 Expedition.

Throw in a frost plug heater. You’ll be happy you did.
I forget but should be under $50 possibly well under

Google your vehicle and it will tell you were to install in (which frost plug)
Try googling “Engine block heater” somewhere in there you should be able to find your rig

The block heater on my tractor is pretty simple and it’s up to me to switch it on or off. Given the high temps motor oil becomes during operation, there is no need to worry about them getting too hot. Now, costing too much over time to run unnecessarily, that could be an issue if counting pennies is your thing.
