I know that in some (maybe all) cars there is a feature that will shut off fuel to engine if there is an accident. I have experienced it before. Does a 1999 Dodge 1500 4x4 have this feature and if so where is the switch/button to turn fuel back on located on this model of vehicle?

Your Owner’s Manual is the best source for this information.
