Buick Century Custom 2001. All problems are on the right side of car only? Inside of car, right turn signal blinker, blinking very fast. On the outside of the car (and at the same time), rear brake lights; rear and front flasher; and turn signal not displaying? Unemployed; not a lot of money to work with. Please help me figure out what is going on. What should I do first? Second? Third? Etc?

First blush: You have burned out bulbs. Replace them.

The fast blinking inside is by design, to let you know that you have burned out bulbs.

If you have wiring for a trailer hitch check that first for a problem.

Turn on the 4- way flasher. It’ll help to locate the culprit.
