# Durango noise

I have a 99 Dodge Durango 4x4. Lately when I slow down and turn on a side steet that has a small incline there is a noise when you give it the gas, similar to a starter noise when you try to start a car that is already started. It seems to come from the front drivers side. Transmission or hopefully something less???
