I opened a container of fuel injector cleaner and the piece of foil that seals the opening fell into my gas tank. Is this going to cause damage to my fuel system?

Won’t hurt a thing.

It’ll settle to the bottom of the tank, and that’s where it will live the rest of it’s life.

For sure, Tester. How many of those have you seen floating around in tanks when replacing fuel pumps?
