The Audi driver definitely knew the tire was flat; he was going 10-15 mph with 4 way flashers. Have to believe he went more than a few blocks, don’t know if it added to miles. And I agree with MikeinNH and JoeMario about getting to safety, (my life is worth more than a tire and rim) but this was way more than that.
