the window started going very slow then it stopped working altogether do i need a new motor or could it be something else? If it is the window motor what should i expect to pay to have it replaced on a 06 stratus

Try cleaning and lubricating the window track before you assume something is broken.

Add a good cleaning of the electrical contacts/switches to the list.

I just had a go 'round with the windows in my van. It all just came down to these 2 things (clean/lube the parts & clean contacts).

Doing all of this will require removal of interior door panels. For starters, though, just get some silicone spray and do the channels up and down the sides of the window.
