Perhaps the OP might return once again to clarify. But the report was that the distributor was replaced & the OP was happily sent on his/her way. But then the check engine light came on with a P0420 code. All of that initial post boiled down to whether or not all of this was coincidence or not & whether or not a new cat had to be genuine Honda. The post isn’t at all a “car still won’t start & stalls sometimes” post.
I have repaired those relays by re-soldering the pc-board. Heat from the relay crystallizes the solder.
