# Dodge neon 2002 turn signal not working at all?

Hello my moms 2002 dodge neon the turn signal isn’t working at all on either side. The Hazard lights still works just not the blinkers. Could it be the relay is bad or is it the turn stalk? The blinkers used to work on occasion and sometimes she had to move the stalk off then to the blink position again for it to work but now nothing at all.

It seems pretty likely to be the stalk itself.

That’s one indication the multi-function switch is worn.

I just got a new one but it Won’t move up and down does it have to be plugged in first or is there some kind of lock on it for shipping? I haven’t installed it yet because my mom’s out.
