My 1990 Dodge Dakota’s heater is not getting hot. What could be the problem?

Air in the system bat thermostat not allowing the system to heat up, control problems with the blend doors (wire or vacuum) clogged heater core, heater hose collapsing.

Start by feeling the heater hoses after the car is warm and the heater has been on for a while.
