I’ve found one company that makes a lift kit for my pathfinder. What happen to Nissan ? Did they give up on off road vehicles ?

Nissan still makes the Pathfinder as well as Frontier and Titan pickup trucks available with 4WD so the answer is No, Nissan didn’t give up on off-road vehicles.

The current Pathfinder is basically an Altima station wagon. Not an off road vehicle.

Depends on how far off road you want to go…

But the question was if Nissan gave up on off-road, not the Pathfinder specifically.

The Xterra sold well at first but then only found less than 20,000 buyers a year for the last several years it was offered.
