# Did Ford make the Retro Model B in ‘71 or ‘72?

Did or did not FORD produce a NEW RETRO 1931 MODEL B with a PINTO engine IN 1971 OR '72? I remember going to the local dealer in Asheville NC to see it however I’ve not fount one for sale now. Thank you

It was not ford but the Shay Motor company . Ebay always seems to have some.

The model B was the 32 or later Ford with the 4 cylinder engine instead of the V8. All 28-31 Fords were Model As. The 4 cylinder was discontinued after 1934.
