Can anyone suggest me is there any issues? And is it possible to know if spark plug need to be changed etc.

When you turn the ignition switch to on, all those lights come on to let you know that the warning systems are working,

Then when you start the engine, those lights turn off.

Normal.

Thank you for the response. But the color is red does that mean anything?

The red lights reflect important systems that shouldn’t be ignored as it could damage the engine or is a safety issue.
