After last tire rotation began getting an alert to “check tire pressures.” All tire pressures checked and found to be okay, but alert still comes on each time I start up engine although it will go off if I hit the mileage information button. Any ideas on this other than “take it to a dealer” and be told I might need a complete new computer ensemble. Thanks. Joe

I think the problem may be due to the pressure system not seeing the correct pressure sensor in the proper wheel position. I believe you need to have the system recalibrated when you change the tire positions.

After a tire rotation/replacement, I have to recalibrate the TPMS system on my wife’s 2006 Sienna. The procedure should be in the Owner’s manual.
