I have a 2001 Chrysler Town & Country. The dash light quit working. I have been told it may be a computer chip since the dash light does not work on a fuse. Has anyone else experienced this and what did you do to correct it?

Have you checked to see if the dash dimmer switch has not been turned all the way down? Just a thought.

Is it just one dash light or all of them? If it’s just one it’s probably a burned out bulb. If it’s all of them it’s more likely a bad electrical connection somewhere. Try the dimmer switch first, though.

I don’t think it’s a computer chip. The lights are not that complicated.
