I cut the trailer connector off and now have no turn signal or brake lights but everything else works. It is not the fuses. I think it is just the way that I have to hook them back up. I have a large white and black wire, then I have the 4 way which I know white is ground and brown/tail light green and yellow brake and blinkers. There also is another wire running from driver to passenger side lights, it’s dark green

Did you mean to imply a question someplace in there?

The real question is why in the world did you cut the trailer wiring connector off?

Check your fuses, as you probably grounded the wires, and they blew the fuse.
