2002 Chevy Trailblazer

Replaced blower motor resistor (manual temp control).
Now I hear a clicking no matter what speed fan is set on.

Broken actuator in blend door is my guess. Not an uncommon problem. Now which one? you might check [trailvoy.com](http://trailvoy.com) for info.

If the clicking frequency gets proportionately higher with higher fan speeds – as queried above – suspect debris, leaves and small sticks, has been sucked into the blower cage area. If the clicking frequency is independent of fan speed, suspect Barky’s idea.
