# Chirping 2010 Honda Crosstour

Battery Light came on; replaced battery then alternator and belt two weeks ago; squeaky chirping noise heard coming from engine on cold start; does not chirp with weather is wet; chirp stops after few miles; does not chirp on warm engine; Is my tensioner bad?

Quite possibly. The squeak could be coming from the bearings in the tensioner pulley.

Could also be from bearing in alternator.
