My 2003 Dodge Stratus’s charge system light just came on this morning while I was driving to work. I checked the handbook, and it said to go to a dealership immediately. What is going on, and how much is it going to cost to get it fixed? I don’t want to get “taken.” The car has 99,000 miles on it.

The charging system and battery need to be checked out.

And, you can do that at auto parts stores, and any auto repair shop.
