What is the best way to change a cabin filter for a 2000 Toyota Avalon?

Wifes 07 Lexus cabin filter is behind the glovebox. Check your owners manual. Wife’s Lexus ES-350 takes about 3 minutes to replace. I got a coupon from the dealer to change the filter for ONLY $105…the filter costs less then $25.

Thanks.I have a 2007 Avalon and changed the filter the way you described in a few minutes. The 2000 Avalon is different and more involved. There is an air bag connection involved in remivong the glove box and I didn’t want to have a problem.
