The only woman interviewed was the Michelin Director of State & Local Government Affairs. She is not a member of CEC. You can see the commissioners here.
The video I saw was of Nancy Skinner. Her picture is on the website displayed. I couldn’t find a video of someone from Michelin commenting on the regulations.
But what I thought was funny about the interview of Skinner was the number of times she referred to how long it would be before all the restrictions took effect and how she was expecting the tire manufacturers to be able to comply. I think she is being optimistic, but she does have a point.
Yeah nancy skinner, so proud of herself, is the one i saw on KCRA 3. Gotta expand beyond CNN and ABC. Why you folks put up with this is unknown. They could just make a recommendation and be done with it. But we have our own in minnesota to deal with.
I watch NBC network news and the PBS News hour. I find them interesting and unbiased. I don’t watch obviously biased channels like MS Now, Fox News, or any of the obviously skewed channels. I also read my local paper and Newsweek.
Neither are unbiased. Both lean left. It depends of where each individual stands

That site’s chart is clearly outdated, because they classify CBS News as “left-leaning”. Ever since Bari Weiss was put in charge of CBS News (10 months ago), that outlet definitely leans “to the right”.
Some of us just want news without the opinions. The lo.local channel i can get on the antenna for the tv in the kitchen is fox. Outside of the news and weather it is pretty much tmz and rainbows. Even the news refers to the death of that guy in the news as a ■■■■■■. Just gets tiring sfter a while.
We also have a local FOX channel. It is even owned by the ultra conservative Sinclair Network. Still, it provides mostly unbiased news. Sinclair’s owner is the majority owner of the local newspaper. It provides unbiased news, but it is ultraconservative on the editorial page. One of the owners opines several times a week and is typically far right. Still, they provide ample space for diverging views.

But clearly someone or several disagree with me posting a link to what seems to be unbiased reference sites because they do not like what it says, or that I linked it despite several other posts in the same discussion path. Sad, actually.

I trust Ad Fontes with their visual assessment of media bias, and journalistic quality(the vertical axis), and have their diagrams going back nearly 9 years.
Basically any source in the top center is the least-biased and most trustworthy. But one does have to download the full-sized diagram and zoom in, because even among individual news providers, one may find that different formats of the same provider, EG: the cable/TV version vs the website, may be more or less biased than the other, and vv.
My favorite bias is bias-ply tires, but I’m also biased toward radials and all the advances of the last 50 years. 
Not sure about all the news from CBS, but 60 minutes is clearly leaning right. They fired several of the staff for REFUSING to LIE to make trump and his administration look good.
