I’ve got an 06 Malibu max with a 6 disc changer, last week my battery died and I got it jumped. Since then the changer shifts every time I get in and out of the car and the radio reads cd changer error while the car is running. My suspicion is it’s a fuse but I haven’t been able to track down anyone with a similar issue. I’ll greatly appreciate any help you can give me

Read the owner’s manual for the location of the reset button on the CD changer or the reset prodecure. A lot of changers require a reset anytime the power gets disconnected.
