I was told that you can buy a kit that can make your car run using water and fuel. Is that true? If so what is the best kit for the lowest price? And who should I contact to buy one? thank you GIL

The only power plant known to have anything to do with water is the hydrogen fuel cell. This is not a conversion kit. It is experamental as an engen for cars. It is in use as welding and cutting equipment.
