When cold the steering on 2001 caravan sticks momentarily and then loosens up after a few wiggles of wheel back and forth plus a mile down the road. I am told it is not a rack n pinion issue but an issue with bearing / bushing at top of strut tower where strut pivots to allow wheel to turn? Anyway to grease this?

The only remedy involves pulling the struts. If indeed it is the upper mounts, there is no way to do anything with it otherwise.

Pull the struts to lubricate? or replace struts?
