Does the engine turn over? How cold does it have to be for it not to start? ---

10 degrees or below … We put a new battery in, starter was replace and still the same. I put the key in , lights are on on dash , click sound no crank . ---

Cables or connections, both ends of both cables and check ground strap to engine.
