# Car will not start!

1998 Ford Taurus 3.0l v-6/engine turns over.  
  
 Got fuel to rail. Spark at plugs. Replaced fuel regulator. Will not start.  
  
 Anyone with an opinion as to a cause, please respond. Thank you.
