buzzing type sound on dashboard at the right of the steering wheel. Continuous when moving. reminds me of the sound that little windup toy cars made. Was told, could not find a problem and that it may be something to do with the airbag. This is a 1995 minivan with 179000 mi.

Does it buzz when the vehicle is NOT moving? If not, I’d assume that it’s plastic panels rubbing against each other.
Taking the plastic panels off, and putting some sealant on their edges, and reinstalling them, might deaden the sound.
