Blower motor for my 1994 Dodge Caravan, (3.0 litre, 6 cylinder),air conditioning keeps cutting off and on. When the air blows it is cold and it blows strong. Could this be the motor or a wiring problem?

Probably the blower motor. It doesn’t seem to be uncommon for the Dodge blower motor brushes to wear out.

The next time the blower motor stops, tap on the blower motor with an object such as a stick, screwdriver handle, etc. If the motor comes back on, the motor needs to be replaced.
