Is it possible to change a blend door actuator on a 98 Taurus without removing the dash? How do you remove the radio/climate console in the dash?

I think the blend door actuator can be accessed by removing the ash tray, and bracket, but have not actually replaced one. Possibly someone else can be more specific.

You probably have to remove some of the dash trim (pull off) and the radios are usually removed with a C-shaped tool that you can improvise with a stout piece of wire. The climate control removal should be obvious after the trim is removed. I can’t be specific to this car so be careful when pulling stuff off!
