I still wonder if the poster is plowing the driveway but getting those drifts from wind.
Snow fencing helps with drifting but the good thing about drifted snow is it is usually very light in consistency so 2’ is not as terrible as it seems.
Our family place in the White Mountains with a driveway across a field gets occasional wind blown drifts that are 1-2’ deep however our Subaru with winter biased tires can motor through them. I would never attempt going in more than 8" of unplowed medium consistency snow though.
