car wont start by key or remote drove yesterday and all electronics were freaking out display went blank then dim then fully lit with all indicators flashing. cant shift into neutral electronically disabled. what to do?

Trying cleaning the battery connections. Then check for power getting to the fuses in the panel under the hood. If that is okay then move on to the ignition switch and fuse panel in the dash.
