Brake lights not working.
Change out the fuses , relay,bulbs
Blinkers work , lights work ,n hazard lights
No breaks but the 3rd light above
Check the switch that is located on the brake pedal.

Seeing the 3rd brake light works, my first guess would be the multi function switch.

I wasn’t clear on what the OP meant by his center brake light, whether it worked or not.
