# Anti Lock Brakes

I have a 1996 Grand Am. When ever it rains or snows and go to apply the brakes, the antilocks kick in and when almost to a stop, the rear brakes will lock up and the rear of the vehicle will squat down. Trying to figure out what the problem is.
