1999 olds cutlass I am only owner . while driving at all speeds and conditions the air cond will shut off and not cycle back on. If I hit,tap or push on temp control it will come back on also low fan speed (position 1 and 2) does not work.

You might need a resistor network for the blower motor.

Does the blower motor cut out?
Or is the AC compressor disengaging?

The problem is probably with the AC/Heater controller. Inside the controller are the following.

\*Defroster Control Logic
\*Air Temperature Control Logic
\*AC Request Logic
\*Blower Speed Control Logic.
