# Air Bag Light

upon start up I have an air bag light on dash blinks 4 times then 2, repeats sequence 4 times then stays solid. Is this a code to tell me I have a bad sensor and where ? or a wiring issue.

42 LH Front Air Bag Sensor (aka primary crash sensor #2) and Bracket Feed/Return Circuit  
Open

The sensor is defective, or the wire to it is broken.
