1995 Honda Civic DX 1.5L. It needs a new ac compressor and I am wondering how much labor is going to cost since I am going to buy a remanufactured compressor?

Labor would probably run between $250 and $350 depending on where you live. Plus the cost of your compressor, plus the cost of charging it with refrigerant.

Five years ago on my 1998 Civic DX, I paid $1,300 for a new compressor, but that included more than just the compressor. It was difficult to diagnose and evaporator needed cleaning. That compressor just died, and I got a quote for a new one for about $900 from the same shop. I will probably put off fixing it until next spring.
