My 99 Accord V6 Coupe seems to have lost its neutrality during this campaign season! When I shift into Neutral, the car creeps forward. Is this big bad or little bad? What kind of fix?

When your car is nominally neutral and you feed it gas, does the car leap forward or does the engine race in place? I’m thinking a minor adjustment to the shifter linkage.
