I have a 98 OA that has been a great car since I bought it. Lately though I have noticed that my power windows are not working like they used to. For the most part they will roll down just fine. The problem is when I try to roll them up. It’ll go up a little bit then stop. I then have to wait a few minutes and again it’ll go a little bit then stop. I have to repeat this step until the window is finally up. Occasionaly I have to do this to roll them down to. Luckily the AC works great but it makes drive throughs a pain…

Oh my question is. Is it the power window motor, regulator or some other part? Would really like to know if anyone has any clue so I don’t waste money on parts that I don’t need.
