The engine has been replaced in our 95 Honda Civic. The idiot who did the work put a 1996 water pump on it and now the 95 timing belt cover doesn’t fit. I have the car back and need to get a cover put on it. I have been told that a 96 cover will fit. Can anyone confirm that?

Why not have “the idiot” install the correct water pump instead?

Free, of course.
