I am all the way to trying to determine if my fuel pump relay is good or not. When I am testing the outlet the meter jumps to 12 volts and then drops back to about 2 volts when I turn the key on. I also traced a clicking noise to a group of wires by the computer. It clicks about 5 seconds after you turn the key off.

The fuel pump will not stay energized for more than a few seconds if the PCM doesn’t see a crank signal

It sounds as if the relay might be good
