@JDS29, have you discussed this with a Subaru dealer? If not, now is the time to bring it to their attention. If you did talk to them, what did they say? My guess is that if you showed it to the dealer they denied Subaru fault. What did they say exactly?

… and if they did, then the next step is to elevate the complaint to the manufacturer. Did the OP do that?

This was one of those Ask Someone post, probably a one and done unfortunately, but it would be nice if they would at least answer the questions asked, or give us an update if already resolved…
