when car engine is warm and revs are at normal moving off slowly car vibrates front psssenger seat vibrates and steering i have done 1.500 kms toyota dealer cant find out what is wrong car is3 months old please help ---

Keep taking it back to the dealership, retain all reports. You can also try a different dealership. If there are “lemon laws” where you live, suggest you read them. I would not think this is normal for a Camry, but it is possible. ---

This might be normal for you car. Some vehicles automatically test the ABS system, and that test can create a sort of vibration or buzzing sensation. Ask your shop if the ABS modulator is located under the front passenger seat area. Googling “ABS self test” might provide useful info.
