I purchased a 2020 Atlas and since day one I have experience creaking noises from the dash and behind the instrument panel the driver side door. Been to dealer twice and they claim that this is a normal issue with Atlas. This is a CRAPY car.

Call them on their bluff. Ask to test drive an identical 2020 Atlas in the same trim level as your Atlas. If it makes the same noise, then you’re stuck. If it doesn’t, then maybe if they are riding with you, they can hear the difference to help them pinpoint the issue

Elevate complaint to corporate level, instructions should be in your owners manual. Have the dealership put “ they all do that” in writing.
