Ask your dealer, any modifications on a brand new car might void your warranty.

See if there any handicap services that can recommend a shop that does legal modifications to vehicles . You doctors office may know where to call .  
Why is the factory brake pedal not sufficient ?

I doubt the dealer will offer to modify the brake pedal.  
Perform a search for “vehicle mobility equipment” to find shops in your area that perform this type of service.

The Toyota dealer near me has a mobility center, her dealer might be able to recommend a place.
