# 2020 Subaru Forester - mpg readout

2mpg020 Forester Suddenly the mpg indicator on dash started flashing and changing value from 0 mpg to 99.9 mpg. It has been 28.7 but now can’t trust it ! Don’t know how to stop it ?

Why? A 2020 **should** still be covered by the 36/36000 warranty. Have the dealership fix it.  
Many possible causes for the problem.

To change the display from current fuel economy to average fuel economy, press the “Up” or “Down” arrow on the steering wheel.
