How many miles are on the vehicle?? Are you the 1st or 2nd/3rd etc owner?? There is only one oil consumption complaint for this vehicle/year on car complaints… ---

If your Elentra uses the 2.0L Turbo GDI engine, that’s a Theta II engine, suggest to have a look-see at this Wikipedia article in addition to the good link above. If you aren’t sure which engine you have, it is probably printed on a sticker on the underside of the hood.
