# 2019 Lexus RX 350 - It wasn't the bad gas

ICS and all kinds of engine lights. 2019 Lexus Rx350  
Had problem 2 weeks ago and dealer said ‘bad gas’. They dropped tank, emptied, flushed and put in ‘good gas’  
Two weeks later with same gas and problem is back.

Is there any chance diesel fuel was pumped into the tank by accident?

Without knowing more info.  
I’m going to guess it has to do with this…
