what causes radio? infotainment system to shut down while driving? ---

you can try doing a factory reset to see if it helps. it should be in your owner’s manual. it is also possible that you have a loose connection causing it. you can also try calling the dealer. there might be an update that can fix it. Dodge/ Chrysler have been having lots of problems with their radios and info centers for a few years. a lot of the time the fix is to replace the radio. ---
